If bail was allowed, then the judge considered Minaj's brother to be a low risk to the community. 6ix9ine's actions are indefensible, but he's a molester and may or may not be a hebephile. (Most child molesters have no actraction to children). Minaj's support for him, if true, is disturbing. Without knowing the person Minaj is currently dating it's hard to necessarily condemn. Plenty of people are on the registry but have pretty much no risk of reoffending. Especially if they were registered as children (yes, this happens - 90,000 children are on the US registries!) Sex offenders, as a group, have a lower risk of reoffending than violent offenders such as Chris Brown. I don't know enough about this guy to condemn.
